What does Brainwave Asset Intelligence do?
Brainwave Asset Intelligence is a UK consultancy that closes the gap between AI ambition and data readiness in regulated and asset-intensive organisations. It assesses whether asset data, governance, and organisational capability are actually ready for AI, rebuilds the data foundations where they are not, and provides continuing governance afterwards. It does not sell AI platforms, and it holds no vendor relationships.
Who does Brainwave Asset Intelligence work with?
It works with regulated and asset-intensive organisations across ten sectors: Defence, Central Government, NHS and health, critical infrastructure, power generation, water and wastewater, manufacturing, facilities management, real estate, and local government. The people it works with are those accountable for asset management and AI adoption in those organisations, including boards, CIOs, CDOs, and heads of asset management.
How does an engagement start?
Engagements start with a briefing conversation requested through the contact page. For founder-led work the entry point is the Foundation Readiness Assessment, a fixed-scope, four-week diagnostic of asset data, governance, and organisational readiness, priced from £24,500 and delivered as a board-ready report with a costed, sequenced roadmap. A limited number of engagements are taken on at any one time.
Is Brainwave Asset Intelligence SC-cleared?
Yes. Brainwave Asset Intelligence holds active SC clearance, the baseline for access to Defence and Government programmes, and places SC-cleared specialists directly into client programmes. Work in Defence and Government covers back-office, built-estate, infrastructure, and facilities functions. It does not extend to frontline capability AI, clinical AI, citizen-facing AI, or operational technology affecting direct service delivery.
